The mission of the Guernsey County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 136 is to support and defend the U.S. Constitution, uphold law and order, improve the proficiency of its members, encourage fraternal and charitable activities, advocate for the merit system for appointments and promotions, and work to improve the standard of living and working conditions for law enforcement officers through legal and ethical means. The FOP aims to increase the efficiency of the law enforcement profession and build public confidence in the service dedicated to protecting life and property.
