Sale Terms and Conditions

All product sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless the item(s) is defective upon pick-up. We do not ship any product purchased from the store. All items purchased will need to be picked up from the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office unless otherwise noted in the product description. Purchasers will receive an email stating that the product is ready for pick-up. All purchased item(s) must be picked up within 90 days or it will be determined as abandoned property. There is no guaranteed time when the purchased item(s) will be available for pick-up. For any questions, email [email protected].

All raffle sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Any raffle sales that are for firearms, the winner must meet the minimum age requirements and pass the Federal Background Check before receiving the firearm.
