Deputy Thomas Sharrer has been President of Guernsey County FOP Lodge 136 since 2018. He has been a Deputy with the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office since 2013. Deputy Sharrer continues to build a strong relationship between the FOP and the public. He is determined to use the FOP as a resource for the many families who live in Guernsey County. One of Deputy Sharrer’s responsibilities as an FOP member is to increase the efficiency of the law enforcement profession and thus more firmly to establish the confidence of the public in the service dedicated to the protection of life and property.
